  For a big boy, I had no issues and service was good. I had to try the burger since it said it was "the best on the planet"... that's a bold statement. The presentation of the burger was good; I only got cheese ketchup and mustard (my standard for comparisons). The bun was different in a good way. As for the burger, I was disappointed it was well. I think it would have been perfect if it was cooked medium. I forgot to say I wanted it medium and I wasn't aware their default at big boy was well done burger. The taste was still good. It had a unique flavor that I couldn't place, maybe almost a butter or something on the bun.
  
  As for the rest of the meal, the fries were pretty standard and the bacon was so so.
  
  But, the milkshakes are the best around! I tried the peanut butter one which was new to me...it was good, but I'll definitely go back to my traditional vanilla!!!!
  
  I'd go back for sure and remember to ask for my burger to be medium. I haven't been to a Big Boy in a long long time other than my shake fix....but I think I'm gonna have to put it in my restaurant rotation!

  I love Big Boys, one of my favorite little restaurants. First time going to this one. It was around 7:45pm on a Wednesday night. The waitress who took us to our seats barely said five words "she'll be right with you" without even looking at us. So we sat and looked at the menu and got excited about what we were going to order, waited about 15 mins, no one came to ask what we wanted to drink. Waited about 5 more mins, still no one. 3-4 waitresses were standing in the back area just talking, complaining about a huge door dash order and completely ignoring us. We kept looking around so they would notice, at least 2 waitresses walked past our table about 4-5 times. Finally after waiting for about 25 mins (still not even a drink order and no water) we decided to get up and leave. I checked to see if they were closing and we were inconveniencing them but they close at 10pm. When we were walking out I could see all 4 of them talking together. I usually love Big Boy and never care about the wait but I didn't even get a water. Probably will never go back to this location because of the waitresses.

  Good food good service but found out their staff makes lousy wedges and as somebody who's worked the industry it's a big mark against them. Would rate 5 stars if they paid their crew better.

  Just had Sunday breakfast of egg whites n spinach n ham omelette with rye toast,Excellent.        
  of combining diced ham with fresh spinach. Thanks to our big blue eyed server who provided us with prompt service only wish I gotten her n number just kidding

  Nothing compares to a Big Boy Burger! I consider myself lucky to have been able to visit not one, but two Big Boy restaurants on this trip. Considering the last time I went to a Big Boy's was in Seattle where I grew up. I swung by this location on my way home to Upstate NY. Call me crazy, but I got one to eat in the car, and a second for the next morning. Cold, right out of the fridge, sliced in half, like I said, call me crazy!
  
  I can't not mention the quality of service I recieved in both locations. Employees genuinely want to help, not just get off their shift. Always a friendly face, and a damn good burger to boot!
